2. DO YOU HAVE COMPLETE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, Gloss Enterprises is a duly registered business entity. We possess all the necessary documents, including our DTI Certificate, Mayor’s Permit, BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303), and we are VAT-registered. We are also a registered Red Member of PhilGEPS (Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System), compliant with public procurement standards.
3. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?
Yes, our MOQ depends on the item. Most of our products start at a minimum of 50 to 100 pieces. Custom-made items may have higher MOQs due to production setup requirements.

5. WHAT’S THE LEAD TIME FOR PRODUCTION?
Production lead time typically ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item and quantity. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on our production schedule
6. DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES?
Yes, we can provide product samples upon request. Charges may apply depending on the item and customization needed. Sample fees are deductible once the final order is confirmed.
7. CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE DESIGN OR PACKAGING?
Absolutely! Most of our items can be customized with your logo, color scheme, and packaging preferences. We’ll send a layout for your approval before production begins.
8. WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We require a 50% down payment to begin production. The balance must be paid in full before delivery. Payment options will be indicated in your quotation.
9. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we offer door-to-door delivery across Metro Manila and nationwide via our trusted courier partners. Delivery fees may apply depending on the location and order size.
10. WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE DEFECTIVE ITEMS?
We offer a 30-day quality guarantee. If you receive any defective or damaged items, we will repair or replace them within 30 days from delivery.
11. DO YOU ACCOMMODATE RUSH OR SAME-DAY ORDERS?
